By downloading or using the Bill Audit & Reclaim app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bill Audit & Reclaim (operated by Muluh Pila Teyim). By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the App

Bill Reclaim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app or its content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading bill information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

3. Bill Analysis Disclaimer

Bill Audit & Reclaim provides tools to help you identify potential errors in medical bills and supports you through the dispute process. The app does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. We do not guarantee outcomes from any dispute or claim submission. Results may vary depending on your insurer, provider, and the specifics of each bill.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of Bill Audit & Reclaim require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

5. Your Data

Bill Reclaim stores and processes the personal and bill data you provide in order to deliver the service. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services including Google (Firebase), Stripe, RevenueCat, and PostHog. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Internet Connection

Bill Reclaim requires an active internet connection for most features. We are not responsible for the app not functioning if you lack Wi-Fi or mobile data access. Mobile data charges from your carrier may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bill Reclaim and Muluh Pila Teyim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output.

9. Updates & Termination

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and intellectual property in the Bill Audit & Reclaim app belong to Muluh Pila Teyim. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any app content or intellectual property.

11. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.
