• Payment information — processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

• Analyse your medical bills for errors and overcharges.
• Send you important account and service notifications.
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

• Service providers — trusted third parties who help us operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing) and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app under Profile → Delete account, or by visiting our account deletion page.

The app uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google) — analytics and crash reporting
• Stripe — payment processing
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• PostHog — product analytics

7. Children's Privacy

Bill Audit & Reclaim is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, within the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
